  Stavros Evangelou, father of the current owner and CEO of APOLLONION Vasilios Evangelou creates the first APOLLONION in Nikis Str. at Syntagma area. The shop was selling pastries, croissants and pastry products of own production, that were served with a cup of coffee.
• 1981
  
  APOLLONION engaged in wholesale of puff pastry products, croissants and pastries.
• 1986
  
  The second APOLLONION store was created in Zografou area. Here for the first time implemented the concept of bakery with products produced in the store.
• 1992
  
  Upon legislative change that releases the Bakery sector in Greece, four small new stores created, selling only branded APOLLONION pastries. In the upcoming years these shops are replaced by larger shops in better commercial areas.
• 1994
  
  The Company acquires its current legal form as APOLLONION SA and
  installed a new headquarters in Glyka Nera, which operates together and a store (Lavrio Avenue and Queen Anna Maria 3).

  Opening of a new APOLLONION store at Syntagma area.

  Opening of a new APOLLONION store at Pallini area and Klauthmonos Square.

  APOLLONION SA transferred to its owned facilities in the Industrial Area of Koropi.
